Reservation is made in 2 rounds - 6 pm or 7:45 pm. Quite a variety of dishes for selection. Right portion/size. Good that some dishes have small/medium/large size to choose so that we can have more variety to try. Some dishes are classic food / family dishes like steamed egg, steamed minced pork. Dishes are quick to be served. Services are okay. Would love to try other dishes next time.

We came here due to the recommendation as the chef has been well known in TV show, but in fact we found the quality was not that high as expected.mad Most people were in family-type or at middle-to-old aged group of eaters. In general, the food qualitysmile and the food quantity chopstickare okay. We ordered almost all Chiu Chow popular dishes (except cold crab and shark fins soup) and most dishes are served like. The hottest place in town - food was good and view was superb whilst the service quality was not up to standards. The staff there were not professional in recommending food / dishes. Also, their follow up of our requests were not promptly addressed. As it has just been open for a month, it may need to take time to improve customer service quality.

The service was very very good with fast response and follow up services. All the staff were helpful and efficient. The environment was also spacious with 3/F whole floor and so the tables in between were acceptably spacious. tongue The basic price was $198, plus $10 more during Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. huffy We came here for the second time, but were disappointed because the food quality had been deteriorating or not worth the price. For example, the oyster pot, we had only 4 pcs of oysters (1 was large and the other 3 were of average size) which cost us $200. Too expensive to afford. We went there because of the food commentaries from Open Rice and magazine's recommendations of its Michele's rating. We are lucky that we could book a table on the 2nd day of CNY at 6:00 pm, but we needed to leave by 8:00 pm. It was okay because we could walk to TST to watch the fireworks.
