越興園越南菜館 (旺角)

越南牛河味道一般！牛肉片是厚切，肉質林，但可惜無牛肉味！湯底又不是濃郁的牛肉湯！所以不是太滿足！

叫了兩個小食: 炸蝦丸和蒸粉包。蝦丸不夠彈牙，5小粒就要＄30幾，真的貴了點！ 蒸粉包就好好味！皮薄薄又有彈性，雖然餡料少了點，但可以接受！

大家可以一試！

地方細又放了很多枱，所以坐得非常唔舒服！

居食屋「和民」 (屯門)

又一次貪方便的教訓！和民的質素真的差！
先講到滑蛋炸蠔飯。滑蛋少到不得了，汁多但好似湯般，炸蠔浸在汁裏，所以林晒，唔脆！碗飯微暖和硬！似隔夜飯多過新鮮煮的飯！

石碢三文魚飯也不要得！三文魚少，飯的質素差和份量也很少。食完一D都唔飽！

鐵板餃子無特別！又漏單，所以等咗30分鐘才到！

超唔好食又唔抵食！一定無下次！

雲貴軒米線專門店 (元朗)

又係米缐, 不過這家是非常不同的!

先來一碗糖醋排骨加雞翼尖酸辣米缐!  糖醋骨頭是這店的招牌菜, 果然不錯! 肉嫰, 糖醋味濃! 湯底也有驚喜, 酸菜帶來的酸味香濃, 又唔咸! 翼尖也很有鹵水味!  米缐口感彈牙又滑!  非常讚!!!

再來一碗番茄濃湯菜肉雲吞米線, 番茄味濃, 帶少許酸, 非常開胃!  菜肉雲吞大隻又新鮮, 但味道淡了些!

可以一試! 

 

咖啡亭 (尖沙咀)

What a wonderful lunch buffet!!!!  I was surprised how great and tasty the food was in this lunch buffet!  The price was cheap but the quality of the dishes was great!  

Salad, Cheese Platter, Sashimi, and Cold Seafood were fresh and very delicious.  The seafood was very fresh and sweet!  Also, the salmon, octopus, and snapper sashimi were thick-cut and the chef gave us big portion.  Just love it!   

The hot dishes were wonderful too, especially the lamb chops.  The lamb chops were cooked mediumn rare.  The meat was very tender and soft.  The beef tenderloin was very tasty and tender also.  There were also Thai Seafood Curry, Spicy Chicken Wings, Indian style chicken, Chinese Dim Sums, etc.  

Desserts are the bomb!  All of them was great!!!!  I especially like the egg tarts coz they wasn't too sweet but very creamy and full of egg flavor.  The bread pudding, chocolate mousse tart, fruit tarts were good too.  

Even though there is no beautiful ocean view, the food and service were great!  and for me, food is much more important than the view!!!!  we will go there again!!!!  and want to try the dinner buffet next time.

Service was great! Our party had 9 kids, so the chef made the kids some french fries. How sweet and thoughtful!!! The kids were so excited!

鳥華 (屯門)

行街街行到肚仔餓!!! 鳥華一試日本拉麵!!!

黑豚肉幼拉麵, 只是一般的拉麵!!! 叉燒是厚切, 但細件. 肥瘦各一半, 但味道和肉質都是麻麻地! 湯底是豬骨湯,  味道濃, 咸了點! 幼麵條是最差的, 未煮熟, 還硬硬的!  份量又少!  $78一細碗麵真係唔值.  其實佢地有中粗和粗拉麵, 可惜人客唔可以自由配撘!!! 不太欣賞這種熊度!!!  我覺得濃湯應配合粗些的麵條.  oh well, 所以我唔鐘意這碗麵!

餃子是週圍都食到的平凡貨式, 雖然買相ok, 但味道一D都唔得! 皮大但餡少!  淡而無味!
