Came here for dinner and had the Omakase set.  The sushi was very fresh and the presentation was very good.  Each piece was delicately made and it was exquisite.  The tuna was fresh, as was the haddock.  My friend had a wagu rice dish and he said it was very good too, nice and soft and supple.  The sake was good too.  We asked for a dry one, and it was very flavourful. Overall a very good experience.  The service was good too.  A little on the expensive side, but that's what you expect in Central.

Came here with a group of friends for dinner and the food wasn't bad. Shrimp cocktail was juicy and portions were decent. Crabcakes were apportioned reasonably and tasted good. the porterhouse was good too though a bit dry. the sundae was probably the best at dessert time - came in a big glass and was a good topping off after dinner. However the restaurant was nowhere near the standard of New York City or Los Angeles. I mean, this idea of a porterhouse for 2, 3 or 4 just doesn't make sense. Obviously they have pre-cooked pieces of meat beforehand hence the quality of each piece is different. A porterhouse is a porterhouse. it doesn't come in different sizes. This is taking advantage of less knowledgeable customers. Location of the restaurant is good but don't expect to hear your friends speak because the acoustics are just horrible. Low ceilings and hardwood floors don't help!

Came here for lunch with some colleagues and ordered the set menu for lunch. Some of us had the burrata cheese as an appetizer and it was without doubt the worst helping I have ever had. It was dry, hard and tasteless. Please see picture taken. The steak was average and the consensus around the table was that it was relatively bland and chewy. The dessert was OK but they ran out of the cheese selection. The sorbet was runny and didn't seem to be frozen properly. The service was good but the food was overall not exciting and as mentioned before bland and not flavorful.

There are about 10 dishes in the omakase (no option) and all the dishes were delicate, meticulously prepared, and very tasty.  The sashimi was fresh, and the rice was the highlight - the flavouring was very, very good.
Came with some friends and they also enjoyed the experience too.  The best dishes besides the rice were the beef, the sashimi plate and the vegetable dish.
We were very happy with the service too.  The price is on the high side, but for the variety of food and the cozy space, I think it was well deserved.

Came here for a group dinner. Table seating was pretty cramped for a high end restaurant like this. Ordered a variety of food, which was decent. Nothing really to rave about, but I can say the pork one of my guests had looked very, very dry. He was sawing through it and drinking a lot of water to accompany him swallowing it!

Service was commendable and attentive. Certainly won't come back again for the food, but it is convenient and to guests who are not from Hong Kong, it would seem a fine restaurant.

We ate in the private room upstairs and the 6 course meal was very good. The beef cubes were very good especially with the mustard underneath it. The soup was also very hot and had a lot of seafood in it which was very fresh. The highlight was the big sesame ball for dessert which was blown out of proportion but also very delicious. The service was very attentive and we had about four waiter is serving us. We will definitely come back again.

Made a reservation here, hence no waiting time.  The food overall was quite good.  The dim sum shrimp and meat balls were the best - fresh and not too salty.
We also had the fish soup and although a bit on the light side it was still tasty.  The dessert was also a soup and it was good too, worth a try.

Dinner here was good.  The fish, chicken and sharks find were all very good.  But the veggies were a little soggy and salty.  Service was very attentive and it we were made sure that within a few seconds we had what we wanted.  The environment was acceptable, though at times it got a bit noisy with a few tables near us.  I would go back again, but it really burnt a hole in my pocket!
