Very nice place for couples to enjoy steak in Tsim Sha Tsui.  A bit cosy but worth it. 

Start with freshly baked bread.  It is so delicious and I really want to have one more.  The food choices at salad bar is not many, but all of the ingredients are fresh and great. All in high quality, especially the ham and roasted veggie. Love them so much!Almost full after having 3 rounds of salad (crazy!).  We had US Top Choice Sirloin (8oz, $280) and Iberico Pork Chop (8oz, $240). In my personal opinion, sirloin is better than pork chop. The risotto below is a complimentary dish for member of King Parrot.  It's free, what do you expect?! 

It is my first Turkish experience. I am not sure how authetic the dishes I've tasted. But it surely didn't give me any negative impressive or surprise. 

If you haven't try this in Prince Edward, you probably didn't get the best out of Yau-Tsim-Mong in Hong Kong!

This small bakery is crowded with many locals and tourists.  They sell traditional Chinese bakery. All bakeries are freshly made.The most famous food is the red bean pancake  (豆沙燒餅).  They make the pancake almost every half an hour because people keep on buying.   It is still warm when you buy it.  It tastes much better than Japanese red bean pancake because they use glutinous rice flour, rather than bread flour for the production. So, it is a bit sticky but you definitely love the texture. The outside is a litte crispy and the inside is soft and sweety. If you walk across Mongkok or Prince Edward, do go to buy one of this!  Of course, better serve it immediately on the street!

Less than $200, unlimited food and drink.  All food are fresh.  Even the cheapest beef are juicy and tasty. Wide variety of food choice like meat balls, veggies, soups. My top 3 choices :
1. Thin slice of pork (unlimited!)
2. Frozen yogart with toppings of your choice (need to choose a good timing, coz it would be totally out of stock when everyone is heading to sweeties!)
3. Curry rice (a bit weird to find out they serve Japanese curry in a hot pot shop, but it tastes really good!)

If you want to get weight through the quickest way, here is the restaurant you would like to visit!

It was my second visit.  My first visit was several years ago.  It was not an impressive restaurant and I couldn't remember what were their best dishes.  Because it is recommended by the Michelin guide, I went to have a dinner again and see if it's worth-noting. 

My boyfriend and I had a set dinner for around $200, with loads of food.  It started with Samosa and seasoned diced potato as appetizers.  Coupled with 3 main courses, lamb curry, vegetable curry, and my favourite dish, Tandoori chicken.  Of course, you wouldn't miss the Indian naan, Indian rice and mango yogurt.The set dinner is not as good as I thought.  We knew that we were already a bit full.  But we really feel bad to leave if I hadn't try the recommended dish here.  After some serious thinking, we ordered the lamb and chicken mix (can't remember the name, with the "King" on it).  It was the best dish of today, of the lamb curry I've ever tasted! Surely a dish that we can't miss. 

I live in Kwun Tong for more than 10 years, but I have never tried this before.  Because of the comments from other eaters, I finally go and try their famous lamb noodle.  The lamb is extremely thin and lean.  Good for me and those who are cautious on fats. Maybe caused by the thin cut, the taste of lamb is not strong, which I didn't expect. This noodle and the soup are almost tasteless.  It could not meet my expectation. 

Indeed, I ordered daikon as a side dish. But it is tasteless as well. Guess it is a bit overrated.

叫了三味小菜，如下：

1. 蝦子柚皮

記不起何時品嚐過柚皮這東西，印象十分模糊。來到富嘉閣，當然吃最有名的蝦子柚皮。

製作柚皮工序多多，要先張柚皮刨去青色外層，再置入水內煮。煮完榨乾水分，再用水浸透，再榨乾，再浸，重覆數次至沒有苦澀味才可以食用。以現代高效率的社會節奏，蝦子柚皮絕對是絕無僅有的菜式。柚皮吸收了鮑汁入口即融，色香味俱全，沒有苦澀味，是當晚最出色的菜色。食味值：一定要吃　

2. 西檸雞

西檸汁沒有什麼特別，酸酸甜甜，味道剛好。很可惜雞肉很淡味，不知是否忘記調味。食味值：雞沒有味道 　

3. 上湯雜菌白菜

全素菜式，上湯味濃，很配合味淡的雜菌白菜。菜不夠鮮，有點發黃，但勝在健康。
食味值：尚可　

3. 桂花冰糖燉梨

燉梨入口即融，桂花芳香撲鼻，是甜品中不二之選。食味值：清潤香甜　

4. 燉蛋白

清，滑而香，不夠甜，始終不是主打食品，不是最好的選擇。食味值：香滑清淡 

7個人叫了7個菜。

1. 德國咸豬手每個人都有偏見，如果不開放自己去嘗試新事物，永遠都不知道前面有個大寶藏。我一直以為豬手菜式都很肥膩，想不到德國咸豬手既脆而瘦。德國人簡直是將豬手昇華到叧一個層次，一隻咸豬手完全不夠7個人吃，所以ENCOR了多一隻。

2. 德國麵包圈+農夫包我很愛吃麵包，第一次在KLB吃新鮮出爐的德國麵包，味道和口感果然不同凡響。麵包很香脆可口，是另一個KLB美味之作，所以我們再ENCOR了多一客。
食味值: 一定要吃

3. 沙律叫了一個沙律，只是一般。
食味值: 可以不吃

4. 德國香腸德國香腸聞名於世，在德國餐廳怎會缺少它。香腸有多款味道，可惜沒有令人驚喜的味道出現，感覺像超市買的德國製香腸。

食味值:真的要吃?

5. 香草烤鴨


味道還可以，沒有出錯的地方，也不是驚喜之作。

I've got a coupon for a free dish at the restaurant. It was a regret after having lunch there and I felt being cheated. 

The coupon said I could order a dish of $1xx, but such dish was not available on the day, so we had to order another dish of lower price on a designated menu.  As we had already settled.  It was bad to leave. So we decided to stay and ordered a few dishes.  We ordered seafood with mixed veggies (海鮮雜菜煲). It was the free dish. I would say it's OK and didn't fall out of my expectations. (Actually, I didn't set any expectation as it was free)We ordered another dish called spinach with duck liver (上湯鴨肝波菜). The duck liver should be salty but its not. The brooth used for cooking the spinach is pale. It would be better if the chef tasted it before delivering to the customer. It's like a dish for patients in hospital.We thought that barbeque pork and soy sauce chicken with rice vermicelli (叉燒油雞米) would be a prudent choice in a large restaurant like this, but it was far under my expectation. Thought the chicken tasted fine, it was oily with very thick fatty skin. The barbeque pork was pale without honey's sweetness. What's more, the coloring was too much. It was the worth dish we've tried in this restaurant.Dim sum are better choice in this restaurant. We had cowhell (牛筋), BBQ pork bun (叉燒包) and Chao style dumpling (粉果)These are normal and better choice if you have lunch in this restaurant.

After wondering around the TST east, my boyfriend and I felt extremely tried and found a cafe to have a break at K11. We've ordered two types of coffee. 

My boyfriend ordered a cup of caramel coffee. It didn't taste like the one we've had in Starbucks or Pacific Coffee. It's not that rich and sweet, but still had the scent of caramel. I ordered a cup of American coffee. It's rich and not too bitter. Compared to caramel coffee, it would definitely be a better choice.
