本來一心買個團購6人十道菜與哥哥慶祝生日，點知比哥哥曇到一文不值。$598一個餐已經唔算平啦，點解仲可以做得咁差?一路食一肚火。片皮鴨同d配菜相隔好久先到，團購片皮鴨冇得當場片比你睇，一早片好就上枱(仲要問你加唔加外$40要埋果半隻)根本唔值得加。同即場叫果d太大分別了。糯米飯根本就唔係糯米飯，係糯米膏，一糊野。條薑蔥鯉魚d肉梅晒，好似放左3日先煮，d蔥又炆到黑晒，睇到都唔想食。羊腩煲d菜又係一早煮熟上枱，正統羊腩煲菜應該生上，客人自己煮。依間酒樓集團我一定唔會再幫襯

菜乾豬骨粥This bowl of congee was astonishing. Astonishingly bad. It was just like plain congee with salt, with some bits of veg floating around. There was absolutely no presence of any meat whatsoever. It was also a very small bowl, but I was grateful for that since it tasted so bad. 叉燒酥Stone cold. It also had a slight 油益味 which made it seem like stale leftovers. The pastry was obviously solid and hard and not pastry-like at all, and the cha siu filling within it was unsubstantial. 蝦餃This was alright, except for the skin which was overly soft and not chewy at all. It just breaks right away when you try to pick one up. 南乳牛柏葉I don’t even know why they put 南乳 in the name. It was obviously just plain 牛柏葉. 千層糕This was acceptable – at least it was served hot. Unluckily, it was slightly too hard, and not spongy enough. 流沙飽I was expecting the worst. At first glance, seeing the filling showing through the bread, I thought my fears were confirmed. How can the filling be runny if it’s not even fully contained? However, it was indeed runny, albeit only very slightly. Anyhow, the custard filling had a strong taste of egg yolk, which was unexpectedly good. This was probably the most satisfactory dim sum. 煎腸粉This was also not that bad. It was ordered from the open kitchen area outside, so of course it was made fresh. Plus, I specifically asked for it to be fried until it was golden brown. I also took the liberty of taking sauces myself, since I like huge dollops of them. Unfortunately, there was no sesame, otherwise I would have taken lots of that as well. The cheung fun were large, fat ones instead of the usual narrow kind, which didn’t really matter as long as they were fried to a nice crispiness on the outside. Besides, there was a surprisingly large number of dried shrimps and spring onions in them, which made it extra fragrant and made up for the lack of sesame. On the other hand, the sauces were oily and without that strong a flavour either. The brown sesame sauce even had some rock hard pieces, which shows how long that tub of sauce has been sitting there for… ewWhat’s more, the service at this restaurant was… I don’t know, since there was none. The waitresses were rude, and gave us lots of attitude occupying a table for 6 (being a party of 3). But hello? They were the ones who told us to sit wherever, without guiding us to our table. And, it’s not like they had many other customers anyway (why was I not surprised?). Suffice it to say, I don’t think I’d be returning. Toodles.

睇到飲食雜誌介紹，食物圖片吸引，價錢又相宜，住沙田梗係選最近嘅大埔店去試吓啦... 雖然係屋村入面酒家，好食嘅o野唔理地點嘅！我地一家6口去到，梗係根據廣告中嘅點心即點啦，點知只得金牌流沙包有得吃，其他如酥皮叉燒包、千絲海龍皇都無，侍應話點心師傅走左，真真無癮！流沙包入面jelly咁，一d都唔流，點左15个點心，只得蝦蛟最似樣，一籠一只，算唔錯！其他點心就真係唔得囉！雜誌有85折Coupon，出去埋單時比佢，點知收銀員話只限“點...好食”可以用，但係雜誌寫明係同一飲食集團，完全無列明清楚，所以完全係誤導消費者！以後以後都無下次囉！

上次為豪庭寫下一盒叉燒外賣既食評. 實在只是濫竽充數之作. 不應寫. 是日是第二篇豪庭, 呢次就係為了同外父飲下早茶, 彼此交流一下感情. 一盅兩件一向是老人家飲茶既宗旨. 然而的確, 我們真的是一盅兩件. 每人一盅鳳爪排骨飯, 每人一個迷你點心併盤.鳳爪排骨飯, 是不是生米蒸我一定食得出. 用熟米蒸省好多時間同功夫的, 而且平時, 排骨同鳳爪應該是鋪滿面的, 不過呢度既份量就細左個瑪. 是否早市特價之別呢. 午市既盅頭飯會否變大盅D我就不知了.點心併盤, 一次過滿足了平常人飲茶的幾個願望. 有基本上上酒樓必食的蝦餃, 燒賣, 同樣非常熱門既潮州粉棵. 對我來說馬拉糕應是熱門, 但呢度換來千層糕, 有少少不同但其實都係果一類野. 這兒的點心算是不錯. 蝦餃燒賣有肉香, 有味道, 絕對不是行貨之烈. 潮州粉棵我一向不愛, 但既來之則食之是我的格言, 所以放得入口既, 總會放入去. 結果這個皮靚餡不太足既粉棵, 就一啖俾我消滅, 餡不多, 有空位是潮州粉棵既原形, 不過, 花生不夠, 就有點失味道......雖然如此, 但我反而喜歡, 因為我就係唔喜歡粉棵內的花生. 千層糕就太細塊了, 唔夠喉. 同外父詳談人生大事, 日後計劃, 小女性格......交流一下生活上問題, 研究下有沒有辦法解決.......好在我同齋妹已經註冊左, 不然老豆問起我們, 幾時註冊......後來叫我去同佢換鋁窗咁就大工程了....出收銀處結賬, 兩個人連茶錢才50多元. 屋邨茶樓, 雖是獨市, 但一定要平, 才能親民. 回想一下, 還是覺得前身果間好食D.

今天家庭聚會, 在廣福邨, 沒有其他酒樓, 所以別無選擇.我們叫了腐皮卷, 蝦餃, 牛肉腸,义燒腸, 燒賣, 义燒包, 鷄扎, 山竹牛肉, 等 等.此處食物質素一般, 所以只叫了一些大路點心. 我們沒有叫甜品,因為曾經試過薑汁燉蛋, 覺得不好味.腸粉太厚. 蝦餃, 燒賣不錯,其他點心ok. 可是火鴨絲米線變了米紛.唉!! 幸好服務尚可. 今次有人找數, 不用付款.
