Just had an amazing dining experience at Hung Tong, the Chinese restaurant  . The flavors and creativity of the dishes left us in awe! 😍🍽️🌟 First up, we savored the succulent Barbecued Premium Pork with Maple Syrup. The sweet and smoky combination was absolutely divine! 🍁🐷🍤 Next, we delighted in the Stir-Fried Prawns with Mango and Lime. The freshness of the mango and the tanginess of lime perfectly complemented the juicy prawns. It was a burst of tropical flavors! 🥭🦐🥩 We couldn‘t resist trying the Deep-Fried Wagyu Beef Cheek, and it was heavenly. The beef cheek was incredibly tender and the deep-frying process added a delightful crunch. It’s a must-try for all meat lovers! 🤤🐂🥭 To end our meal on a refreshing note, we relished the Chilled Mango Sago Cream with Kiwi. 今次去嘆食真係一個味覺盛宴🍽,而且好有家嘅感覺。首先嗌咗個蒸鹹蛋黃肉餅,賣相純樸得嚟味道層次豐富,肉餅扎實得嚟唔乾,鹹蛋黃又蛋香濃郁,咬落去滿口幸福。跟住係蘿蔔絲酥條,脆卜卜嘅外皮包裹著順滑嘅蘿蔔絲,一啖又一啖真係停唔到口!至於招牌鱔魚粉😋,真係做到絲絲入扣,鱔魚嘅鮮美同粉嘅Q彈完美結合,每一啖都充滿滿足感。講到這家店嘅焗蕃茄牛肉配飯,嗰份牛肉嘅腍滑同蕃茄嘅微酸,攪拌一齊入嘴簡直係完美降落。每種料理嘅口感不俗,分寸拿捏得宜,味道仲相當到位,而且唔會覺得太過油膩或者偏鹹,就算係將平凡食材變身成為精彩嘅料理,我諗呢個正正就係煮食嘅藝術吖嘛!總體嚟講,呢間店給到我嘅係一個滿足同歡樂嘅飯局體驗,唔止味道滿分,嗰種仿佛回到屋企嘅溫馨感覺亦都難以形容。肚皮飽滿之餘,心靈都同樣得到了滋潤。🥢🥢🥢 繼續閱讀

上網睇呢間黃埔嘅酒店夜景好靚仲話啲嘢食係值得米芝蓮嘅評價所以今次趁住生日就嚟呢度試下呢個叉燒做得唔錯,份量雖然唔係多,但係勝在可以俾你選擇半肥瘦又或者係全瘦,個賣相勁靚仔,雖然未做到入口即溶,不過至少咬落去一啲都唔會覺得乾或者鞋,又或者係肥淋淋咕嚕肉肉嘅份量唔算少,配菜方面嘅欣賞佢菠蘿係用新鮮菠蘿,比較可惜嘅係啲肉相對比較細件,食落去嘅時候口感唔係咁明顯,不過咬落去係好脆既另外叫咗個酥炸和牛面頰,望落去有啲似平時食開嘅牛腱,肥瘦分明,咬落去幾有口感,最抵讚嘅係和牛出面啲酥皮勁香脆,唔會好似平時嗰啲炸牛咁樣個皮林晒,另外配上嘅醬汁超好食,味道偏鹹,配合埋唔算好多調味嘅和牛啱啱好!必食!最後驚唔夠飽嗌咗個瑤柱炒飯,啲配料都好足夠,同埋個份量都好大,雖然味道比較淡,但係配埋餐廳提供嘅豆瓣醬辣椒醬等嘅醬料,就已經好好味,帶埋小朋友嚟食都好適合!溫馨提示就係兩個人真係食唔晒呢個飯,多啲人食就一定要嗌呢個啦! 繼續閱讀
