Fell into this place purely by accident and given the feel and look, we were excited by our 'find'.Quite a few families eating there, kids playing so it had good atmoshpere. Placed and order for one turkey sandwich, two chicken wraps and various drinks. Then we waited and waited, but we were looking foward to these items. Eventaually after 40mins the turkey sandwich arrived. We looked at the small plate and literally laughed, they had to be kidding. Two slices of bread, some lettuce and one slic

Placed and order for one turkey sandwich, two chicken wraps and various drinks. Then we waited and waited, but we were looking foward to these items. Eventaually after 40mins the turkey sandwich arrived. We looked at the small plate and literally laughed, they had to be kidding. Two slices of bread, some lettuce and one slice of processed turkey. We called the wait staff back and commented - got a line about how much the bread cost to make. Waited a further 8 mins before the wraps appeared. Again a small plate containing a 'pancake' that was so thick and doughy it couldn't wrap anything, including the small amount of shredded salad and miniscule amount of chicken (if that's what
it was). No garnishes, not even a slice of tomato. It was virtually inedible, but again the wait staff was not offering to do anything about it. If we hadn't of paid $60/item and the fact we were hungry, we would have left it all (even then we couldn't finish it). Fact is there was no flavour in anything. Healthy food doesn't not mean dull, stoggy (both bread and pancakes) and bland.
題外話/補充資料：
All staff need to be given appropriate training on how to handle complaints and not just quote 'my boss'.
