We ordered a table of 4ppl 730pm Friday night one week in advance through Klook. There’s restriction on app booking confirmation that we could only have 1.5hr dining time and we can enjoy 20% discount but no other promotion deals. However when my friend arrived 10min in advance at restaurant, the restaurant insisted us sitting a bar table with 4 seats in one line while there are plenty of vacant table in the restaurant dining area. My friend complained the bar table is even not suitable for dinn

However when my friend arrived 10min in advance at restaurant, the restaurant insisted us sitting a bar table with 4 seats in one line while there are plenty of vacant table in the restaurant dining area. My friend complained the bar table is even not suitable for dinner given its Chinese restaurant and we will share the dishes for sure. Sitting in one line on bar table makes it very awkward and even impossible. The waitress is very rude in responding that we don’t have right to choose table and all other vacant tables are fully reserved. I further questioned them that I booked the table 1 week in advance and I can’t believe all other tables are reserved 1week in advance. Even if that’s the case, the restaurant shall notify us in advance that only bar table is available or should even block the time slot for booking. The waitress is speechless but still doesn’t compromise to give us a proper table.
We are so pissed off and left the restaurant immediately.
I can’t believe such a mid range price restaurant in central can have such bad
service.
Never come back!
