I’ve noticed this restaurant while going to the China visa centre a few times. Came here alone before picking up my new Chinese visa from the visa centre nearby. What a mistake! When I arrived, the restaurant was empty and for good reason. I got the three courses lunch including coffee. The server, who looks like an inexperienced young local server, brought my coffee and spilt the coffee a bit that it leaked on to the plate it was sitting on. The coffee was poor quality. The guanciale pasta was bad. The guanciale was one of the fattiest I’ve seen. It looked like 90% fat and no meat. They should get it from a normal source and pan fry the guanciale longer to reduce the fat. It was a bit fusion style with peanut shavings on the pasta which was a bit weird. Lastly the tiramisu which needed additional charge was below average. There was no coffee/ alcoholic taste and just tasted like cheap cream with bits of savoiardi biscuit that were not soaked long enough and crunchy (not right). Only thing that was OK was the celeriac soup.

I decided to try this restaurant for my birthday. Whilst the food was good, and it was overall an enjoyable experience thanks to the efforts of the chef, everything else was not upto the mark. When the chef presented our 1st course we had no cutlery on our table, neither had our drinks arrived which we had ordered about 10-12mins ago. There was only 1 other table with 2 people at this point too. After reminding they apologised and brought the drink, still a few minutes later, no taste testing offered, just poured it on. In short the service team was very below par for the price range at the restaurant The food itself was hit and miss. The chef present each course himself but I suspect this can be sustained of the restaurant had more guests and every table at a different course at different time. I do very much commend his efforts to create some unique flavours. But some dishes probably too complicated and missing the mark. Their cancellation policy for one did make me wonder if it was worth going- I forced to go. About 36 hours before my reservation, I wasn’t so well and did think about cancelling the reservation or moving it. Only to find out once reserved it cannot be cancelled at all! And any chances is 21days in advance. Pretty much felt trapped. They would charge 500$ per person. Even the best Michelin restaurants or others offer 24hr cancellations. This only made me think they are not confident yet! In the end they only had about 8-10guests overall that night. Hence every thing given, it was an underwhelming experience. Worth a visit but not sure worth revisits unlike what all the launch reviews said!

兩個飯唔夠分，所以決定叫多兩個pizza開心Share。Pizza有成10個選擇，細嘅$58起，大嘅 $118起，有素食、雞肉、豬肉等選擇，素食人士都有得揀。整體來講，雖然話有進步空間，但以呢個價錢同喺food court餐廳，真係算係好質素，建議去數碼港野餐可以喺度買一個外賣。 Margherita pizza $58(配飲品) 番茄醬做底，用咗Parmesan Chesse同Mozzarella Cheese，再加入少許意大利香草，完成。芝士同番茄味都好出，係個薄餅底爭少少。
Pepperoni & Onion $65(配飲品) 同Margherita pizza差唔多，只係多咗Pepperoni，如果Pepperoni可以再多少少就好啦，優點係佢夠哂熱。Hotdog $25 屋企人唔想喺戲院食，於是喺度叫一個，正常口味。

Food is actually very good, but the dining experience is often destroyed by the appalling service! The table is never ready for when you’d booked it (I have actually been several times). They tell you to have a drink at the bar, but before your drink arrives, you table is ready and if you don’t go straight to your table, they will actually give it away, so when you are ready to sit down, you have to wait for another table to become available again! Utterly outrageous! Oh and the toilets are a disgrace

由Reservation 到埋單都可以做到好差既一間餐廳！ reservation 14:00，10分鐘前打黎提我地準時，點知我地準時到，但張檯未Ready! 咁你打黎比我做乜？ 坐低左，無啦啦經理比4杯野飲我地，以為 Welcome Drink 啦，無介紹杯野都算啦，5 分鐘後問我地有無叫過野飲，我地話無就一句sorry都無 就收返，妳有無再肉酸啲呀？唔係貪你杯野呀，但你道歉解釋下都無？ 到落order，個waitress 淨係提我地呢樣賣哂個樣賣哂，半句介紹都無，算！叫左支wine，無介紹過，portion 又斟錯哂，白酒斟咁大杯托咩！我又唔係叫杯頭，算！飲完一杯要等5 分鐘後叫人先有人斟酒,PS 有三個人埋過檯！都算！前菜未食完，就左我隻share plate，擺個主菜係我面前，再算！Server 多，但下下都要舉手，仲要全程黑面，我地黑哂面都無人Check satisfaction！ 埋單每人$800既lunch（唔叫酒就$550） 呢間係我食西餐以黎最差experience 既一間！如果睇完呢篇野，你覺得都係好想去打卡既話，你最好有定心理準備！

招呼好差，招呼好差，招呼好差。從不寫食評，好自私，怕介紹完好既之後多人食。第一次寫食評，為左提大家唔好中伏，要提提大家，服務水準極低。今次經驗係食lunch ,同行共4人都不滿。未到訂枱時間就打電話追魂，準時到就要你等佢執枱。坐低一陣放低4杯cocktail, 幾分鐘後一話不說過來拎走你的 cocktail, 原來做錯野。sommelier 唔識介紹酒，酒杯吉左要等5分鐘都無留意但，要叫先識斟酒，等等⋯⋯⋯⋯食物普通，只可以講唔難食。建議不要來！！

姨媽們每次回港都總會有新潮點o既資訊，消息絕對比XO仔靈通得多。上個月尾走咗轉台灣後，禮拜六即同小肥去見識吓兩個幾月前過江龍「La Petite Maison」於香港新開之分店，一訪新興打卡熱店，並一嚐法國尼斯家鄉菜。跟隨地址經H Queen’s大廈上一樓。發現此路線只可通往餐店側門。食客要出返士丹利街先可從正門進入。入座後不久已有女仕們急不及待要去洗手間，咁先知道貴客原來必需步出側門，轉乘升降機落樓，好迂迴地先搵到一格洗手間。可能太多人如廁前後盪失路啦，升降機大堂長期都有位哥哥仔陣守指路。西餐店樓底高高，用餐大堂極之開揚。一邊間咗做闊落o既酒吧區。其餘為用餐散座，不過真係冇諗過喺一家標榜為高級西餐廳會出現背對背o既情況，小肥埋位後真係動彈不得。長輩向外籍服務生提議移出啲張餐桌時，黑面神居然答話開邊係要留返條通道俾同事傳菜用o既，所以張枱唔郁得。這間小屋子（注：法文中，「petite」譯作「小」，「maison」可譯作「屋子」或「家」）裡並無普通開水供應，冇汽o既樽裝水每枝$70。 講真食晏好少會飲酒，不過聽到主人家話開瓶費收成$800/樽，所以就影咗幾頁香檳牌及雞尾酒俾大家參閱。雖則餐店開業不久，但紙造餐牌已開始有點陳舊。封面用上疑似車軚人o既繪畫，睇黎店主對摘星好重視吓。翻閱餐牌內頁，即了解到「La Petite Maison」之母店於一九八八年設於法國尼斯，及其主打傳統尼斯料理o既來源及選材擇要。據悉，週六、日午餐只可從兩頁散點餐牌中揀選，全為二至三人份量之菜式。左頁餐牌為前菜。右頁則為主菜。主菜項目中，有三粒星星作標記o既為可供四至六人食用之「必先預訂菜式」，冇訂就要撞吓彩啦，因為有陣時即場叫都會有得食。另附一頁節令餐牌，今期正正做緊白松露。當問及經理哥哥有否推介食品時，佢高傲地話餐牌上乜都好食！有自信心係好，但當態度變得過份囂張時係會產生反效果o既。。。講真整頓午餐只有負責派麵包位印藉服務生最為友善，但單靠佢一人也難以抵消全店整體差劣之表現。所有菜式均即叫即做，廚房整好乜就會派人立即傳出，並以家庭式地擺放於餐桌中央由食客自行分黎食。主人家點好菜，姨媽就好熟手地拿起枱上鮮紅鮮黃o既蕃茄及檸檬，三兩吓手勢就切成蕃茄小件，唧上檸檬汁後再淋上少許橄欖油，清甜爽潤，極之開胃。 Betteraves Marinées – Marinated Beetroot（$88）：眾所周知XO仔唔多愛食菜，對紫色食物更頗為抗拒，不過此道醃紅菜頭當真鮮香潤澤，腍中帶爽，香甜醒神，實屬必吃推介。Calamars Frits – Deep Fried Baby Squid（$128）：炸BB魷魚雖然細細隻，外表亦好金黃，無奈咬落又硬又乾，小肥對$128要求高好多囉！ Tartare de Thon – Tuna Tartare and Oscietra Caviar（$308）：呈太陽狀o既吞拿魚他他鮮美亮澤。 將頂面o既生鵪鶉蛋、炸雲吞皮及魚籽醬混入吞拿魚他他，組合香濃柔潤，惹味滑溜，最就係撈入咗超級巧薄又脆卜卜o既炸雲吞皮，令口感更為豐沛，冇得頂呀！Carpaccio de Sériole – Yellowtail Carpaccio（$218）：油甘魚薄切顏色就靚啦，可惜師傅用上過多酸汁，真頭酸到以為嫲嫲又叫XO仔添（耳邊不停聽到「好孫，好孫。。。」），唔通啲魚片唔夠新鮮？！ Linguine aux Palourdes de Venise – Linguine Pasta with Venetian Clams（$268）：所謂二至三人份量o既意粉就連姨媽都話佢一個人都唔夠食。。。意粉麵條煙韌彈牙，不過蜆隻好多都有沙，而且仲腥腥地，質量油麻地過油麻地！ T-Bone Black Onyx（$1,598）：落單時講明要「medium rare」，但如相所示，T骨扒勁多血水，全枱人都覺得似rare多啲囉！ 牛肉肉質偏韌，層肥膏仲要成吋厚，絕對唔值$1,598！請恕細佬見識淺薄，當真冇諗過生西洋菜可用作伴碟之用。生西洋菜外表不甚美觀之餘，個人覺得也太重口味了！鐵盤內最正反而係鮮黃惹味o既蒜頭，也太意想不到了吧？！應經理哥哥建議，餐晏點咗幾個頭盤及三個主菜黎分，食埋麵包席上都冇人覺得飽肚，午市最後點菜時間居然係兩點正，眼見甜品項目並無吸引之處，食過o既多款菜式又唔係話特別標青，姨媽們連咖啡都費事叫黎飲，XO仔結果亦只係影咗兩頁甜品牌供大家參考用。中環新開法國餐廳「La Petite Maison」主打尼斯家鄉菜。用餐大堂開揚，但散座過密，活動及私人空間接近零，且嘈雜非常。廚師所選用之蔬果食材新鮮，所有食物即叫即煮，並家庭式地擺放於餐桌中間供食客自己分黎食。雖則前菜醃紅菜頭及吞拿魚他他均屬美食，但主菜意粉及T骨扒就好一般。最劣就係店內一眾黑面神服務生，態度唔多誠懇且極不耐煩，這間「小屋子」確真洋溢著「小家」子氣，香港食肆多的是，個人覺得並無需要在此俾錢買難受！

It was so rediculous when I make the reservation, the restaurant need my full credit card information for guarantee the booking. Restaurant staff Ms S was impolitely asking me to given the card detail and I said would like to speak to in charge manager but she refused. And told me she is the in charge of restaurant. I never provide the card information to restaurant when I every single time to make any reservation. This is the first time I unexpected. Such was so disappointed to the reservation experience.

So I had wandered in alone without a reservation at 2pm on a Saturday afternoon, for a late lunch alone - a much needed break after a hectic week at work and mom duties. The restaurant was busy, but the lunch crowd was starting to clear out. The vibe is lively, bright with daylight and the crowd was a slightly upscale and well dressed clientele - I figured this was promising. Unfortunately, the rest of my experience was wrought with mediocrity. First, not that I like bread that much but I do expect to see bread at even a casual French restaurant First course, yellowtail hamachi. To sum it up, good but predictable. Tasty, with some lively flavor contrasts, but executed in an overly obvious way. Main course, roasted baby chicken. The marinade was good but the whole thing was every so slightly overcooked. A chicken that tonight should be succulent, juicy and tender. This one seemed like the work of an amateur home cook, at best. No thought at all had gone into plating this dish, just the chicken in its oil, nothing else. They could have at least popped a few green beans in there for colour. Pretty boring overall. Finally the bill of $6xx arrived, without so much as a complimentary chocolate to finish. Overall, I would say that if you want to spend $600 on lunch, you have plenty other choices in Central or Admiralty. I can almost guarantee you will walk away more satisfied at any of the classics like Pierre or Petrus for a similar price.

Place was so full not because of quality of food or service I suspect, just being full of rich people,celebs and banker. They want to impress with well decor and full of people inside the restaurant but i must say what a waste of money and time.

First of all there was skinny white Receptionist told us to wait for few min that our table is getting ready but it took us around 48 min to get our table.
And we were waiting for our table standing beside the bar. And we have to keep on asking them when our table ll be ready but they just trying to ignore us. And we finally got bar table.Since we reached that place Every step we got disappointed from that place👎👎👎👎

And after we got bar chair one of white barman welcome us throwing tissue in bar table. 🙀🙀🙀What a disgusting manner to welcome guest like highly renowned name.👎👎👎👎His accent seems like his from Russia or some part of Europe😏 and i feel so cheezy about that bartender.

Finally we got our table after waiting almost and hour. Wow

Never visiting that place again and i don’t recommend to visit such a place.

Fried squid 🦑 was really disappointing.
