This is the second time I've visited, and the second time I've ordered the Angus beef burger set lunch as its so good.  

The meal comes with an entree consisting of salad, soup and a mini croissant. This in itself is a full meal. The soup is rich, creamy, hot and topped of with a dash of olive oil, the salad is fresh and even has feta cheese (I think) and the croissant has been kept warm which is a great touch.

The beef burger is massive, the buns are toasted perfectly, the salad in the burger is very fresh and clean, the beef pattie is grilled perfectly with tasty colourful melted cheese on top, although they say it is Angus beef, I am unable to confirm this.  The beef pattie is tasty and juicy and seems to be made fresh in the kitchen. It has a chargrilled flavour which is unique in HK.  The chucky fries are piping hot and fried to perfection. All dishes are presented beautifully and the chef definitely has great attention to detail and takes pride in his dishes.  The coffee here is great as well and served with hot frothy milk, the way it should be. 

The service is quick and professional, you seldom get this in Yuen Long for this price. The restaurant is spacious, filled with natural light and very clean. The food is value for money and cooked with love and passion. 

I will definitely keep returning once a week at least, and hope the high standards here are kept. Great work Chef's Stage Kitchen!

It is because this restaurant is always full of suprises ~ ~ ~

Despite of the freshness and tasty foods, moreover, the presentation is always creative ~ ~ ~

Also, all the servers there are all well-trained, humble and make you feel so comfy ~ ~ ~
