Tried Ben & Jerry in HK, tried Baskin-Robbins in Japan, so how can I skip Emack & Bolio's? All of these ice cream shops have special flavour ice cream. But the most special thing differenciate Emack & Bolio's from the others is definitely the cone. They have chocolate dripped, chocolate and almonds (or peanut??), fruity loops, chocolate cornflakes...Of course, you can choose the original one. That day there are several flavours sold out. The Cone . Chocolate flakes is glued to the cone by marshmallows. It should formed a film to prevent the flakes go soft, since the flakes are still cruchy inside and have the chewiness from the marshmellow outside .
I think the caramel moose prints and the cone are the highlight of the ice cream . $8X is kind of expensive. Maybe next times I will try some more flavours .
