依間家庭式嘅日本餐廳有拉麵、燒物、沙律、小食等,價錢實惠可接受~當晚有一枱日本人同兩枱外國人,反而香港嘅客人係小數🙈✴️豆腐沙律✴️好大一盆沙律!沙律菜主要係椰菜絲同生菜,可以揀麻醬/日式沙律汁🥗菜新鮮爽脆,食完個沙律已經飽咗一半~豆腐滑溜,喜歡💛✴️豚肉生薑燒✴️醬汁調味較濃,佐飯就啱啱好,就咁食會太鹹~豚肉片有口感,大大塊包住啖飯食好滿足😚✴️牛舌定食✴️牛舌較薄身,雖然食到牛舌有嘅彈性,但因為較薄,始終都係差少少🤔調味上較淡,好似無落鹽咁,所以提唔出牛舌嘅牛香味,比較可惜🫠

午餐時間,見無咩人排隊,唔駛等,所以無睇食評就坐低咗,點知就伏咗。我叫咗滑蛋豬扒飯定食。炸豬扒啲皮又冧又濕,似隔夜整定咁。滑蛋豬無滑蛋,已經變成老蛋,而且唔知加埋有無一隻蛋... 真係要搵先見到啲蛋。另外,個餐有跟一個麵豉湯,一碟漬物,仲有一碟兩條通粉。麵豉湯同漬物係正常,但係個兩條通粉實在不倫不類嘅小食。服務其實唔算太差,環境都尚算可以。見好多檯都係外國人,可能因為佢有幾個外籍職員。埋單99蚊,應該係我人生食過最貴最難食嘅滑蛋豬。

🍳食物質素:鰂魚涌美食林立,能夠係度屹立不倒自然有番一定水平。函館拉麵我最鐘意食佢鹽味拉麵,醬油都正。麵的硬度,味道的濃淡我覺得都係啱啱好,係屬於行開係附近,諗唔到食乜就不如去食佢的穩定水準。🍴推薦搭配:簡單就是好。食最基本的口味就啱🪑環境座位:正常食店大小,坐到大約6枱?🚗交通:鰂魚涌A出口果邊行一陣💰人頭費:120左右

I was planning to visit the restaurant next door, but closed. Ending up decided trying this restaurant instead.Seeing two out of three groups customers were Japanese family, quality seems promising. Staff was nice and offered green tea immediately. Was a bit awkward that staff was rushing to make the order while I was just seated. Staff even asked to order noodle first and decided the next dish later. Felt a bit rushy. Rich miso ramen had a promising strong miso flavour. Neither thicken, oily nor heavy. It tasted very umami. Ramen was cooked perfectly, in el dante. Corn was incredibly sweet that the sweetness well balanced the savouriness from the miso. Generous shredded spring onions gave so much freshness to the noodle. Two sliced of char siu was also served. Lean and tender. Dumplings were crispy. Nicely wrapping right amount of stuffing. Meaty but quite oily. Overall, nothing special. Not bad.
