520趁機會同男朋友食餐好嘅🤗 之前喺the Murray 嘅popinjays食過早餐,環境舒服食物都唔錯,今次就再嚟食晚餐😚夜晚變咗暗暗地嘅環境,好有feel好浪漫🥰首先會有餐前麵包,口感非常鬆軟,仲有橄欖油同埋醋架!🍞 另外仲有三款餐前小點,望落非常精緻,其中魚子醬蟹肉撻細細個但係好足料,勁好食🤩Taste of Popinjays ($988/ p.p)Appetizer CAPESANTE MARINATE估唔到前菜都咁大份😮 擺盤亦都好精緻😍 一片片嘅半生熟太子鋪滿咗喺度,火候控制得好好。另外醬汁酸酸甜甜,非常開胃,作為頭盤真係啱啱好🥰Middle courseAGNOLOTTI DEL CHIANTI呢度菜就幾特別啦!好似有兩粒餃子咁,原來入面有慢煮牛肉🤩 旁邊仲有唔同嘅肉條,醃製嘅味道好香濃😚 再配搭咗creamy嘅醬汁,都幾特別㗎😋FishMERLUZZO好開心佢用咗我最愛嘅鱈魚😍 魚肉夠晒滑,仲有淡淡嘅油香味😋😋 。另外仲配咗魚子醬,加入咗鮮味🤩 。醬汁又唔會太濃蓋過魚香味,旁邊仲有椰菜花等等嘅配菜,清清淡淡食得好舒服🤭MeatWAGYU TENDERLOIN ROSSINI又係我最愛嘅牛柳🥹我唔鍾意又乾又硬嘅牛扒,所以牛柳係我嘅不二之選🥰 好啦切落去已經feel到好腍,亦都好Juicy 😚火喉亦都控制,入面真係粉紅色!另外配搭左塊超大嘅鵝肝😲 入口即溶,油香味好夠,口感外脆內軟😈😈 叫我點忍得住唔食晒🤩🥳DessertPOPINJAYS' TIRAMISU非常精緻嘅甜品,外型係一粒巨型咖啡豆🤩我比較鍾意食挺身嘅tiramisu,呢個就啱晒我啦😍!而且食落口感好滑,層次豐富,但又唔會過甜。好飽我都食晒成個😝配搭咖啡味嘅雪糕好香濃好夾🥰最後我哋仲叫咗兩杯酒襯返呢個set😙😚 最欣賞佢有一個sweet嘅section,唔鍾意咁濃嘅朋友叫呢part嘅酒就一定飲到啦😙最後仲有兩粒朱古力😙 上層係milk or white chocolate, 而下層就係dark chocolate 😋😋 繼續閱讀

第一次黎呢間酒店,金鐘出口行12分鐘終於搵到,建議taxi或者開車黎,方便些~呢間好合適拍照📷也可以聽豎琴,但佢係第一間熄燈趕我地走的酒店,或許有下場自助晚餐吧!平時聞說坐到7點,真可惜!今次為慶祝好友結婚而食,每人約$285,感謝其中一位好友團購搶買大成功!新年之際,又可以收到大家利是🧧,又可以食個好味英式下午茶,但係半島酒店、四季酒店就更好食好多,不過文華東方+FW 1881 house就差過呢間呢間鬆餅係差過半島又細過半島,咸點如火腿芝士三文治、煙燻三文魚盒子反而唔錯👍其中一個甜點好似珍珠,但唔會太sweet☺️而綠色的甜點最被大家嫌棄,飲品係氣泡水同埋香檳,當然伯爵茶必不可少! 繼續閱讀

一道道地道又驚喜嘅菜式,令我一邊食一邊不禁讚嘆「嗱嗱聲」!🍴 豐盛嘅鹹牛肉三文治,肉質咁滑,味道夠哂鮮甜,每一啖都有驚喜嘅口感。飲品方面,個人特別鍾意嗰杯紅桑子樽裝汽水,清新嘅口感同香甜夠晒解膩。🍹夾萃西式與廣東小菜精髓嘅主廚推介,係呢度嘅亮點之一。特別係嗰個酥炸蝦多士,真係「又脆又香」,每一啖落去都令人難以忘懷。至於甜點方面,龍井蛋糕特別出彩,細膩綿滑嘅口感同淡淡嘅茶香味,完美融合到一起,係呢場下午茶中嘅「完美收官」。最後落腳細品茉莉花茶,感受眼前綠意盎然嘅庭園美景,呢次體驗確實係一場視覺同味覺嘅饗宴!當然,少不了要讚下服務,服務員「有求必應」,響應好快,整體來講,呢個下午茶係「值得再訪」嘅好去處。🌿 繼續閱讀
