Terrible Service

Before making the reservation, I ensured my MTR voucher can be used and I could invite my friend from overseas to have dinner in this restaurant. The food quality does reflect the price but the service is a nightmare from ushering in the restaurant, food ordering, to bill settling. The waiters were not attentive at all. They just randomly put everything on the table and took off. Even worse, when I tried to get the bill, I felt embarrassed as I had a little argument with the waitress who insiste

Before making the reservation, I ensured my MTR voucher can be used and I could invite my friend from overseas to have dinner in this restaurant. The food quality does reflect the price but the service is a nightmare from ushering in the restaurant, food ordering, to bill settling. The waiters were not attentive at all. They just randomly put everything on the table and took off. Even worse, when I tried to get the bill, I felt embarrassed as I had a little argument with the waitress who insisted my voucher couldn’t be used. To stop wasting my friend’s shopping time, I caved in and settled the bill without using the voucher. The other day I checked with MTR management service team who confirmed my voucher is valid. Anyway,
this was a very bad dining experience. I truly believe all staff in this restaurant need a lot more training imminently.
