I've got a coupon for a free dish at the restaurant. It was a regret after having lunch there and I felt being cheated. The coupon said I could order a dish of $1xx, but such dish was not available on the day, so we had to order another dish of lower price on a designated menu. As we had already settled. It was bad to leave. So we decided to stay and ordered a few dishes. We ordered seafood with mixed veggies (海鮮雜菜煲). It was the free dish. I would say it's OK and didn't fall out of my expecta

(Actually, I didn't set any expectation as it was free) We ordered another dish called spinach with duck liver (上湯鴨肝波菜). The duck liver should be salty but its not. The brooth used for cooking the spinach is pale. It would be better if the chef tasted it before delivering to the customer. It's like a dish for patients in hospital. We thought that barbeque pork and soy sauce chicken with rice vermicelli (叉燒油雞米) would be a prudent choice in a large restaurant like this, but it was far under my expectation. Thought the chicken tasted fine, it was oily with very thick fatty skin. The barbeque pork was pale without honey's sweetness. What's more, the coloring was too much. It was the worth dish we've tried in this restaurant. Dim sum are better choice in this restaurant. We had cowhell (牛筋), BBQ pork bun (叉燒包) and Chao style dumpling (粉果) These are normal and better choice if you have lunch in this restaurant.
