I tried out the #tastingmenu at @chaathongkong in @rosewoodhongkong. I am not usually a fans of #indianfood but the chaat had definitely turned me into one😍 Here are some of my favourite in each course✨Starter - Baked SamosaI was absolutely stunned by the jackfruit meat, like how meaty it was. Starter - Baked Samosa

Mains - Tandoori Wagyu Cheek
Tandoori is an Indian cooking style which meat is cooked in a clay oven 🔥 so I like how these wagyu cheek tastes so much more tender than charcoal grilled ones. It tastes perfect with the Indian spices 🌶️
Mains - Old Delhi Butter Chicken 🧈🐔
THE CLASSICS 🥘 it’s a must try in every Indian restaurant! The waiter told us about the origins of the butter chicken. It started since the wartime. A group of ppl went into a restaurant and the owner invented the butter chicken with only chicken and potatoes 🥔 it has now become the world famous dish😍
Dessert - Black Sesame Kulfi
It was my first time trying Indian ice cream and it tasted so goooood❤️ it was a lot more flavourful which is made with full fat milk and sugar🥛
