We were greeted by an Asian woman at the reception, to whom we promptly confirmed our booking. That's when the night took an unfortunate turn.
To our dismay, she instructed us to wait, and what ensued was a parade of guests, without reservations, being seated ahead of us. As more time passed, our presence seemed to become invisible to the hostess, as she continued to usher other patrons inside, completely disregarding us.
When we raised our concerns, hoping for an explanation or a semblance of apology, we were met with a dismissive directive to simply continue waiting. No update on our table status, no courteous apology for the oversight – just a blunt dismissal.
On a day when service should match the special occasion, Motorino fell astonishingly short. A reservation, it seems, was less of a guarantee and more of an afterthought to them. It's with a heavy heart that we recount this experience of neglect on a night that was supposed to be sprinkled with magic and attentiveness.
**Motorino - 情人節嘅掃興**
情人節嗰日，我哋滿心期待地去咗Motorino。我哋訂咗晚上8點半嘅位，而且提早咗十分鐘到。接待我哋嘅係一位亞裔女士，我哋都即刻同佢確認咗我哋嘅預約。但之後發生嘅事就令晚上變得唔開心。
令我哋失望嘅係，佢叫我哋等一等，然後就見到一班無預約嘅客人比我哋先入座。時間一分一秒過去，我哋喺佢眼中彷彿變得透明，佢繼續帶其他顧客進去餐廳，完全唔理我哋。
當我哋提出抗議，希望得到啲解釋或者最少係啲歉意嗰陣，得到嘅卻係一個冷淡嘅回應，叫我哋繼續等。無任何關於我哋枱面嘅更新，無啲咩禮貌嘅道歉，只有敷衍嘅態度。
喺呢個服務應該要配合特別日子嘅時候，Motorino 嘅表現令人好失望。預約喺佢哋眼中，好似唔係一個保障，反而更像係個次要考慮嘅事。我哋帶著沉重嘅心情講出呢段被忽略嘅經歷，本應該係一個充滿神奇同細心嘅夜晚。
