Riso SEGRETO carries the mission to be secret to taste and secret to health. Yet I could not feel so. I came for late lunch during tea time. Set was at good price. I had the T3 Mushroom carbonara chicken brown rice risotto at $48, with iced peach tea. Overall the taste was slightly below average. The sauce was light and mild which might be for the sake of good health; yet not a ‘secret’ but just easy cooking. The bacon in large pieces was hardly mingled in the carbonara sauce. The sauce was light and mild which might be for the sake of good health; yet not a ‘secret’ but just easy cooking. The bacon in large pieces was hardly mingled in the carbonara sauce. Chicken was fried, which I expected it to be boiled because of the positioning to be healthy food. Peach tea was too sweet. Sugar-tea proportion should be adjusted upon no-ice request.
