一心想來食黃匠,點知轉左名(應該只係轉型,班低一樣),只有串燒食,串燒set lunch要$80, 但份量少得趕客,飯生米,串燒似叮熱,鰻魚飯又唔好食,還我拉麵!!! 繼續閱讀

I've eaten at this ramen place way too many times. Their best ramen for me is their spicy ramen (red ramen on the menu). They also have their original and pumpkin ramen. The pumpkin ramen is more on the sweet side but its special taste can get to people in a good way. On their order form, you get to be quite specific about how you want your ramen to be. I guess this is one of the best features of this ramen joint. As for their ramen, the taste is rich. I must say that I am having problems with their consistency. 中午約兩點去到所以有好多空位,環境係唔錯,衞生就一般。可能因為剛完午市,所以未有清理枱面。今次點左個"白",套餐70元,可加12元加個飯。首先前菜可以不提套餐包汽水,但店員完全無問無講既情況下就拎左罐7喜黎。於是同佢講我唔要7喜。但店員就話得返7喜。一間鋪頭如果淨返一樣飲品其實已經好唔掂,加上唔係應該同客人講定先架咩?其實咁既做法都幾唔尊重人,唔好講話係唔係客人。去到拉麵,拉麵揀左粗麵,拉麵一到時先試一試個湯。我認為完全不合格。毫無豬骨湯既味道。如果要比較。我相信超市買幾十蚊既拉麵更濃郁。份量就適中。麵身就無特別,但可能因為湯底真係無嘜味,所以食麵完全淨係食麵,麵身掛湯都完全無味。而我加左12蚊加個鰻魚細飯,個飯一黎真係講哂粗口,首先黎到見唔到鰻魚,心諗係飯底?,但細心睇原來俾幾條紫菜遮住。鰻魚大慨細過手指公第一節。見係加12蚊都知唔可以高要求。咁就試一試個飯。點知一試就再講多次粗口,個飯有怪味。最終我係只係食左一啖就無食到。最黎賣單82元。走左之後好奇上黎op一睇,真係r哂頭點解有咁多好評 繼續閱讀

Very happy to have this little neigh good ramen joint right by my flat! We eat here regularly, at least every other week, as it's delicious and fast. I like their "less noodle" option - preferable for a quite midweek supper. Good skewers as well, my favourite is the grilled corn and my boyfriend loves the chicken and fat leeks. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend. Note this is shut on a Monday, there were a few disappointed Monday evenings before we realised! 繼續閱讀

今次第二次造訪麵匠,午飯時間相比上次沒這麽多人。 午餐前菜,左邊的沙津,我還是喜愛這個果仁味的沙律汁;右邊的茄子,以醋烹煮過,酸美醒胃。 餐附送的樽裝汽水,很有那些年的味道。 麵豉湯,今次的酒味很濃烈,感覺像變了味的,侍應郤說師傅落了酒,不過味道不是太好,和上次有點距離。 叉燒拉麵,豬骨濃湯很鮮甜味美,麵的軟硬度適中,有咬勁,不錯! 朋友點了牛肉粒定食,牛似乎overcook了,很鞋口,有點失望。 牛舌定食,牛舌甘香可口,有咬勁,但有幾粒有點靭,不過這個定食遠比牛肉粒定食為佳。 這裡的水準有點不穩定,希望可以保持住第一次的佳水平。 繼續閱讀
