之前去石門見這間 陳根記 超多人等位,所以就有興趣吃吃看。因為是大排檔就約埋朋友一起去吃,那就可以多點幾個餸。晚上6點前入座的話不用等位,6點後便見到坐滿人,用餐時間會是90分鐘。有實體餐牌,但下單的話會是用QR Code,另外會有店員走過時說今日有什麼招牌菜!?先點了 WASABI 魷魚鬚 (HKD 116) 聽說是這間必吃之一。預想那個醬會是嗆鼻的,但吃落竟然是帶甜味,像有點微微WASABI味的千島醬那樣子。外層炸粉不是脆的,魷魚則幾軟嫩。香煎蠔餅 (HKD 106) 有脆卜卜的口感。蠔好像沒什麼味道,這個一般。椒鹽九肚魚 (HKD 106) 非常酥脆可口,吃的時候還是有熱度的。魚肉也很滑,再加上香口的蒜粒之類更為惹味。而且是真的有吃到椒鹽的調味。聽到店員一直說今天有 芥菜 就點了。很大的一棵,吃落沒有苦味,多嚼幾口還有少許甘甜的味道。油鹽水琵琶豆腐 (HKD 92) 琵琶豆腐看起來跟鯪魚球很像。其實就是魚肉再加上豆腐,口感軟軟的,老人家也能吃。粟米魚肚羹 (HKD 88) 加了胡椒粉會比較有味。 continue reading

搬新鋪之後第一次幫襯,不用再排長龍,心裏暗喜!好期待食返當日大排檔嘅味道🤗店內刻意保留原址嘅風味,例如膠擋風膜,石屎地下,令人感覺似戶外食大排檔。侍應們服務尚好,有求必應,上菜速度快👌🏻🥢Wasabi 蟹籽手撕雞 (例)呢碟係凍盤,但係唔夠凍,wasabi味唔夠,雞份量唔算大份,都係舊舖好食啲。🥢孜然一條骨都算多肉,易咬開,但係唔夠乾身。只係食到孜然粉的味道,冇乜肉味。🥢時菜炒花枝片叫咗白菜炒花枝片,係清炒嘅,淡而無味,要靠蝦醬先夠味🥢豉椒鵝腸鵝腸夠肥,份量算多,豉椒味道可以🥢自家制檸檬薏米水同行友人叫咗嚟飲,味道偏酸,但有自家制飲品去濕,好適合香港人,可以試吓昔日的陳根記光環,似乎只能對遊客起作用 。作為一個本地的食客,有感大不如前,似乎比其他後起之秀(例如妹記),慢慢超前了😮‍💨性價比一般,平均$100一碟餸,可以有更多選擇。 continue reading

香港已越來越少舊式大排檔,這裡可以看得出裝修上一𥖁一瓦都盡量保持以往。進步的是,現在已經用QR code落單了。可惜是食物缺乏質素,值不值得來就自行判斷了。叫了必食紅燒乳鴿、Wasabi魷魚鬚、沙嗲牛肉粉絲煲、豉油王炒麵及13香牛柏葉。紅燒乳鴿($68)乳鴿燒得太乾,缺乏應有的汁和肉味。Wasabi魷魚鬚($116)只是在魷魚鬚上面放了Wasabi醬,Wasabi的味太濃掩蓋魷魚鬚的香味。沙嗲牛肉粉絲煲($86)粉絲煲得太過時,腍身到一pat pat。但牛肉OK。豉油王炒麵($78)算是最正常,但也略嫌過火,有點苦味。13香牛柏葉($128)非常多香料,喜歡辣的朋友應該喜歡。可能帶着太大的期望,所以有點失望。但氣氛來說,這裏還是挺好的。飲品($36-3支)最大的失望應該來自飲品,叫了3支預先製的檸檬茶,但味道真的非常難喝,不夠凍,也沒有落糖似的,就像是融了冰放了很久的檸檬茶。可能今天茶水姐姐忘記了落糖。 continue reading

陳根記搬左去石門既陳根記已經無以前咁多人,搬完之後食過一次覺得遜色左好多(不論氣氛定味道),事隔年幾再比多次機會佢試下!黃金頭抽雞呀姐好主動過黎推介,見無咩心水菜就叫埋。不過都唔錯,雞夠滑,浸得夠味亦有雞味。椒鹽魷魚鬚炸得夠透夠甩脆,無食到一舊舊粉,但偏鹹生炒骨叫黎比D後生仔送飯一流,夠火喉,惟唔夠啖啖肉,肉粒較細。豉油皇鵝腸失望,無咩味,好韌身,咬唔開。砵仔焗蠔失望X2,咬落散開,食落粉粉地,無左蠔身爽口肉質,大家食左兩啖都無勇力KO佢。馬拉盞炒通菜份量比想像多,正常發揮豉油皇炒麵炒得算係咁, 唔會太濕亦唔係乾曾曾,可以食到1-2碗。野食整體黎講都係一般,無驚喜,無難忘,無咩想特別再Encore。唔知我地係咪晚巿較早食(6點半左右),無咩人入座。雖然無咁好氣氛,但係可能少左野做反而D同事好好態度,又主動拎櫈比你放袋, 又主動跟單。呢樣係唯一令我受寵若驚既地方 continue reading

今日嚟到陳根記晚餐,晚上7:00已經全場爆滿,座無虛席,呢度好多款餸菜選擇,真係眼花撩亂,我哋選擇咗三碟餸⋯豉汁蒸白鱔;好大碟,白鱔彈牙,吸晒豉汁嘅味道,好好味,豉汁配合白飯,絕配!炸蠔餅;炸得好脆口,粒粒蠔仔size適中,再配上魚露,增加風味~黑椒洋蔥牛仔骨;洋蔥、青椒、紅椒、再加埋牛仔骨顏色好豐富,賣相已經好好,非常夠鑊氣,好惹味~整體性價比高,其實陳根記呢間,我哋已經去過好幾次,食極都唔厭,哈! continue reading
