One of the best steakhouses in town 🥩 we visited @mortonssteak for my birthday in Sept. I was first amazed by the birthday deco with the local artist drawn card. It was the exact same view outside😍We shared a T bone steak and it was WAY TOO GOOD☺️ we also loved the lobster bisque and the onion bread as starters🥰Highly recommended this for any special occasions!! continue reading

今次係第3次返黎食啦. 好難得居然可以坐窗邊. 可能因為星期一冇乜人既關係啦.  老公book 佐7點. 基本上都唔洗等. 直入. 難得掉低小朋友, 飲返杯先啦.因為已經知道自己想要咩. 所以都可以好快order. 我地2個人叫佐1份Porterhouse, 一份龍蝦湯, 一份bacon & onion macaroni & Cheese , 一份Broccolini. 原本諗住再加多一份truffle fries, 但係侍應好好咁提我地佢地既sides係大份既. 所以我就最後就冇叫到truffle fries. (咩都想食)過佐一陣.我最期待既Onion Bread到啦. 真係好好食. 洋蔥味好香. 我同爸爸講.下次要同埋阿囡黎食先得啦. 包食到一半. 龍蝦湯就到啦. 點餐既時候因為佢見我地只係點一個湯.有問過我地要唔要將個湯分2份. 呢個好細心. 但係因為只係老公中意飲.所以我地冇分到.飲完個湯. 再等多一陣其他野食都一次過到. 侍應有提我地隻碟熱要小心 (真細心). 因為我同爸爸都可以食得好生.所以Poterhouse我地叫佐Rare. 出到黎岩岩好.好淋呀!!!!!!!!!另外macaroni & Cheese 芝士味濃. 牛扒海鮮主食全部都出色,靚景好服務,慶生紀念一流😘!・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・🦪 新鮮生蠔 (半打) HK$318・味道:【頭盔時間:敬業但唔太食蠔嘅肚波盡力評】冇咩海水味但唔腥的幾易入口,冇話好甘好苦。醬汁都好多,青檬汁、辣椒之類,但我覺得就咁食就夠了哈(雖然我食了一粒only哈哈哈XD)・口感:好light好輕身瀡入口,但唔會冇存在感。🦞 龍蝦湯 HK$188・味道:好creamy但唔會膩,可能因為份量唔多XD。中間有兩舊龍蝦仔幾彈口新鮮的,飲落係甘甜重料,飲得出畀咗好多龍蝦熬制。・口感:有厚度但唔會漿口。另外一讚侍應會主動幫客人分湯,各倒一半咁,細心方便唔使自己搞。🫕 龍蝦焗芝士通粉 HK$320・味道:好正嘅mac & chesse!好重芝士味非常掛通粉,龍蝦依舊爽彈新鮮。配埋芝士粉有畫龍點睛,多重芝士香。不過要share,二人都好難食得晒,因為真係會膩。不過呢款比出面嘅已經冇咁膩,因為用嘅芝士係以奶香為主,唔係鹹香類芝士,所以食落偏甘香奶味而非鹹膩嗰種~・口感:漿口級數XD怕芝士羶味人士請繞路離開😂😂😂🥩 上等腰肉牛扒 24oz HK$1,088・味道:T骨左邊細份位置係牛柳,右邊係肉眼。侍應推薦3成熟就一於搓搓佢!牛柳重牛肉香,食返牛肉本身肉味;肉眼就重牛脂香,入口脂香滿滿,係滿足嘅感覺!侍應建議呢個要二人share,係menu唯一一款二人share嘅牛扒,想一次過食晒牛柳同肉眼嘅建議隊呢款。但其實份量唔會好得人驚,因為舊T骨都佔唔少重量,當然一個人真係未必食得晒,開心share最好!・口感:老實講見到平時叫medium嘅肚波見到一切開真係嚇L死,首先要出盡奶力切當刻已經怕好韌,仲要呢個生嘅程度係Gordan Ramsay會叫It’s fking raw咁滯😂。但一食即刻打臉,極度軟腍一咬即化level,牛柳要咬多兩咬先化但都好誇張啦👍🏻!FYI畀啲對牛唔太熟嘅波友,牛柳係偏西冷咁,肉質實淨牛味重;肉眼就係軟腍啲牛味冇咁重。而呢兩款都軟腍同時肉香/脂香都好出,食材高質之餘廚師廚藝都好猛先做到。老實講食過某啲酒店扒房都做唔到呢個質素,掂!🧁 橙酒梳乎厘 birthday FREE gift・味道:有四個味揀就揀咗特別啲想像唔到咩味嘅橙酒,但原來個souffle base一樣只係醬不一樣XD梳乎厘嚟講唔算好甜,至少入口有停留3秒先消失(性價比高XDDDD),不過梳乎厘難啲0甜因為好靠砂糖打起,算係咁。個醬係杰身啲,有甜橙味但酒味就冇喇,正常甜度。點醬食會好過落梳乎厘,一嚟可以自己控制甜度,二嚟醬嘅重量唔會因為倒落去整冧souffle而失去空氣感~・口感:其實都普通梳乎厘冇咩分別,輕身食到蛋白嘅泡泡,有空氣感但唔會太勁好似食咗陣風咁,至少食完都唔會好棉花糖咁,feel到有嘢落肚😂🍸 Lemon Drop Mortini HK$160・味道:廢波唔太飲到酒所以呢款入口第一下有少少嗆口,之後就冇了都散得快的。侍應推介話幾開胃,襯扒同甜蠔都不錯的。檸檬味好出,唔會好酸或澀,酸甜酸甜咁幾順口,杯邊啲砂糖有加乘,是可一搓的妹子酒喔(๑ ^ ₃•๑)・口感:順喉,唔澀唔鞋口,好爽的~🍹 Pink & Tonic HK$160・味道:呢個比想像中更淡口,大概得2分甜,但呢個更light更順口,係西柚檸檬之類熱帶水果。因為冇咩酒精味所以會不自覺飲到變關公都唔知XDDD・口感:light的淡口,唔酸唔澀,微微甜好解膩。・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・🤰性價比:高~🤰9衝度:9衝~🤰結論:唔可以話抵食,但物有所值。服務好周到,由食材介紹(e.g. 當天供應嘅肉類intro),到侍應自介佢係負責你呢枱,主動執好枱幫你影相,送生日卡呢啲小細節聽落好普通但唔係間間做到。廚藝當然都高手啦,所有嘢都好食,冇一般,全部好食!全日都好多枱客慶生慶紀念日,對正尖咀夜景係靚嘅,值得去!・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・ continue reading
