Yadllie 手工炸雞的精髓在於採用韓國濟州島栽培的各種新鮮蔬菜和 20 多種天然材料混合而成的秘製醬料。
我們將韓國新鮮雞肉放入秘製醬料以Yadllie 獨有的專利腌製技術,發酵 72 小時以上。
秘製醬料加上我們在韓國傳統浸泡腌製法上加以改良的獨有技術,就是Yadllie 炸雞的獨特味道和鮮嫩口感的秘訣。

Without Dress
由於粉漿會吸收大量油份,為打造健康炸雞。每份Yadllie 炸雞均是用人手在腌製好的雞肉上,一件一件撲上薄薄一層的秘製乾粉。我們有信心Yadllie 炸雞的美味是在於雞肉上,這不是一般以調味粉混和而成的粉漿炸雞可以比擬。

A Pressure Fryer
所有Yadllie 炸雞,均使用壓力油炸鍋,以雙重高壓油炸技術處理。首次油炸過程是使用封閉式壓力油炸方法將雞件油炸至七成熟,鎖住用汁。第二次則以開放式油炸鍋再炸至全熟,用以排走多餘油份,以及令Yadllie炸雞更加外脆內嫩。過程中,壓力、時間及濕度都要拿捏得十分準確。

Happy Friday想食炸雞,於是約咗朋友去荃灣海之戀Yadllie Plate食韓國野,餐廳主打炸雞,裝修新穎,如同英國火車卡,以深色為主調,高雅又時尚。見到餐牌琳瑯滿目嘅嘢食,樣樣都想試,我哋叫咗驚喜二重奏、魚介湯鍋、八爪魚煎餅、卡邦尼年糕、農家鮮泡菜及兩杯嘢飲,分別草莓乳酪梳打及玫瑰蜜桃果茶。驚喜二重奏分別有安格斯牛扒及炸雞,非常大份足料,一大塊牛扒及半隻炸雞。牛扒係熱石上,可以一邊煎一邊食,生熟度由自己控制,牛扒牛味濃郁,煎到兩邊蕉香,配上燒烤醬,非常美味;炸雞炸得外脆外軟,非常之Juicy,唔怪得知餐廳主打炸雞,炸得非常之好食。魚介湯鍋充滿韓國街頭小食嘅味道,湯鍋有各式各樣嘅魚糕、年糕、豆腐、雞蛋、新鮮蔬菜等,非常之豐富。八爪魚煎餅八爪魚煎餅主要有蔥同八爪魚,煎得兩面非常之香脆,內裏滿滿嘅八爪魚,點上佢配嘅兩個韓式醬料,非常之惹味。卡邦尼年糕卡邦尼年糕除咗年糕之外,仲有蛋、魚糕同米通,卡邦尼汁非常之creamy,配上煙靭嘅年糕,令人食唔停口。農家鮮泡菜新鮮製嘅泡菜,爽脆清新。草莓乳酪梳打非常之清新,配炸雞一流。玫瑰蜜桃果茶玫瑰配上蜜桃香甜味,清甜滋潤。 continue reading

最近先知道原來荃灣都有Yadllie Plate😆仲要喺海之戀咁方便 呢度店面都幾大 坐得好舒服 裝修有種高級格調 而且一直都播住熟悉嘅韓文歌🇰🇷好有氣氛ꕥ 半半炸雞半半即係揀兩種口味 各半份🐔入面有齊雞翼/雞腿同雞胸 炸雞表皮炸得好脆 入面仲保留有肉汁 就算連雞胸位置食落都唔會覺得乾同嚡口👍🏻大蔥絲炸雞 表面有層蜜糖 食嘅時候配埋蔥絲一齊食 令效果更香🐥而蜜味乳酪粉炸雞 乳酪粉味道濃而不膩 仲有少少甜甜地 食唔停口🤤ꕥ 玫瑰牛肉炒年糕用熱窩送上 可以一直保持温度 慢慢食都唔怕🥢牛肉質感軟嫩 面頭仲有大量芝士 配埋本身辣辣地嘅完湯汁 好惹味🌶️年糕分別有條狀同片狀 有唔同嘅口感 而且入面仲有魚糕 索晒汁勁好味ꕥ 八爪魚煎餅本身我都好鐘意食韓式嘅煎餅 呢間喺香港真心覺得係數一數二好食🥹薄薄地嘅厚度啱啱好 入面有啲蔥絲同微煙靭嘅八爪魚 最正喺嗰邊煎到脆脆地 好香口 有兩款醬汁可以點 一款係韓式辣醬 另外一個係鹹甜兼備嘅醬油 我就鍾意醬油多啲😋飲品都有好多選擇 我哋分別點咗巨峰乳酸梳打同埋一款手工啤🍺叫做白熊小麥啤 係一款果味較濃嘅啤酒 continue reading

本身唔係特別鍾意食韓國嘢,但係今日又唔想食中式,又唔想食日式,見到呢間個門面幾靚,又有午市Menu就入去試吓!午市餐揀咗個海鮮鍋配手切麵麵,同埋麻油雞!午市餐餸嘢飲同埋泡菜沙律好抵食!只需一百幾蚊咋!有機會就一定要嗌!有我最鍾意嘅無糖可樂,阿媽就嗌個果茶, OK飲品泡菜只是海鮮鍋勁驚喜,我哋兩個都超鍾意食!佢個麵係類似上海麵,你自己放落去不過比上海麵更加煙靭!鍾意食腍啲嘅就落耐啲,如果鍾意硬 早啲拎上嚟!好過癮😍麻油走燒雞,我哋就麻麻哋逗逗,不過就覺得燒酒好特別!我就咁用燒酒到喺個碗度浸啲雞就覺得好特別幾好味 返去仲建議阿媽可以咁樣煮餸🤤有個炸雞安格斯鐵板牛,$258都好有誠意!牛扒大概三成熟上枱,自己調教想食嘅成熟程度 唔係太熟嘅話就唔係我杯茶㗎啦哈哈!好好味,想食牛好耐,呢件係一個有質素嘅牛😍仲有個炸海鮮拼盤!有炸蝦炸魚柳炸洋蔥同埋炸八爪魚!雖然佢好似貴啲但係完全係足料,炸蝦同炸魚柳都有五件,佢有一定厚度嘅粉皮,但係入面嘅材料都非常厚實!魚柳嘅魚肉好多 超正 八爪魚,亦都新鮮彈牙👍🏻唔係周圍有得食最後嗌個甜品都超級滿足!係士多啤梨雪花冰,有一球雪糕下面有牛奶味嘅雪花冰側邊再post左士多啤梨,又有生果又有雪糕,畫上完美嘅句號!環境非常之好,阿媽非常滿意!仲配有手套紙巾濕紙巾,喺每張枱俾客人食炸嘢嘅時候用 非常之細心!店員嘅服務態度亦都非常友善 非常滿足嘅午餐 大贊😍👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 continue reading
