丸亀製麵 (尖沙咀)

佢地的烏冬同飯分開中同大, 可以選擇, 除非你係大胃王, 一般女生揀中已經夠飽~~~

佢地主打係天婦羅, 有蔬菜天婦羅, 好似個拳頭咁大, 好想試~, 有炸蝦, 炸雞, 南瓜,蕃薯, 等, 仲有飯團可供選擇
形式就似車仔麵店, 先點個烏冬(有6-7款) , 之後就自己夾想要的餸, 最後就付款 , 比完錢就可以再自行加醬油, 蔥, 天婦羅碎等等....
 

我試了以下的東西...

醬油烏冬(中), 加一件南瓜天婦羅, 加一件炸雞, 大約47蚊....

味道, 因為是冷烏冬, 所個醬油好重要, 味道不是太差, 而且d 蔥同天婦羅炸碎碎係自己加, 所以食得好開心,
本來我想要蔬菜天婦羅, 不過排到我時就比人夾晒, 我又唔知可唔可係度等, 所以就決定去食炸雞...

好啦, 佢地天婦羅醬汁, 佢地d 汁唔係外面果d 稀稀的汁, 佢地d 比較濃同埋鹹, 唔好落太多,

南瓜炸得幾好, 唔太油同埋都脆卜卜...
炸雞就麻麻地啦... 好油同埋, 唔夠熱........ 唔係太吸引~~~

餐廳座位幾舒服, 而且通風做唔錯, 唔會有太大陣食物油煙味

貴香園 (荃灣)

有時放工唔知食咩, 就會去買碗米線, 荃灣區有好多間米線, 不過有d 連鎖店味道麻麻, 今次介紹d間, 又抵食, 又快,

有以下的選擇:佢地有5種粉麵: 四川酸辣紅薯粉, 酸辣紅薯粉, 小鍋酸辣米線, 麻辣小鍋米線, 熱伴紅薯粉(沒有湯)
仲有沙爹米線同埋清湯米線,
通常我都係食麻辣米線同酸辣米線

佢地的配料由4蚊至8蚊,
都幾好多選擇, 有三十多款...

今日我叫左一碗麻辣米線, 小辣, 加左4個餸, 炸醬, 腩肉, 腐皮, 木耳絲 (41蚊)
湯底不會太濃味,太鹹, (小辣對於不太能食辣的我就可以過足食辣野的癮... )
炸醬味道很特別, 有點麻辣, 加入湯入面就不會太濃味, 送米線食一流
腩肉:有滷過, 不過唔夠散化!
腐皮, 木耳絲: 正常...

至於配料: 芽菜, 份量充足, 抵讚

下午荼時段加2蚊可以加一杯野飲添!

作為一個平價的外賣晚餐唔錯...

其實間野的通氣不佳, 在點內會有一陣陣的廚房味同油味....
所以我比較鐘意外賣~

白木屋 (尖沙咀)

七月底同一位朋友約了飯局, 打算傾計, 坐得舒服, 朋友介紹呢間餐廳, 佢話日本好多分店, 同埋, 佢食過日本的分店都幾係, 我地可以去試下,
我地叫左個二人膠原蛋白套餐, 份量都好多, 夠三個女仔食.... (當日只有兩個人...)

套餐有很多東西都係二揀一, 我地揀左魚生, 有 一個好大的膠原蛋白鍋, 豆腐, 沙律, 一個日式的鍋飯, 甜品

味道方面, 只是一般, 跟和民差不多,
暖暖豆腐: 期望越大, 失望越大, 本來以為很特別, 點知... .... ... 原來係用暖豆腐加埋佢提供的三款鹽搞埋一齊食, (鹽: 雪鹽, 柚子鹽同抹荼鹽) 我揀左試抹荼鹽, 佢的豆腐係有豆味, 不過比軟粗身, 沒有滑的質感, 至於鹽方面, 就係要加比較多分量才可以食得出味道, 有點可惜的是: 當你想要食到抹茶就要加好多鹽, 同時, 豆腐味就會減弱.... ....

三色魚生的sauce 幾好, 可以不用wasabi..... 

蟹肉牛油果沙律: 好似有d jelly 狀的東西, (又係骨膠原的東西吧!) 味道一般, 我很怕食jelly 狀的東西, 所以我無勇氣試jelly 狀的東西, 不過佢地比的蟹肉份量十足, 沒有偷工減料

美人豆乳鍋: 之前我係其他餐廳食過豆乳鍋, 感覺上, 白木屋的豆乳鍋沒有很濃的豆乳味, 而且, 又是要先放骨膠原, 又係d jelly 狀的東西放入鍋中煮融, (因為我好怕jelly 狀的東西, 所以已經無咩好感可言), 整個鍋味道偏淡, 蔬菜量很多, 比較健康, 幸運的是, 加完骨膠原, 個鍋都不會太稠, 仍可接受

日式的雞肉鍋飯: 幾好味!! 雞肉好林, 不會太硬, 而且個鍋非常保暖, 就算傾計傾多左, 都唔怕佢會凍

豆乳布丁, 好味, 值得一試, 有豆腐味, 又香又滑

服務方面: 真係麻麻, 有個叫人鐘, 不過等好耐都無人會理你, 最終都係自己行出去個包廂外叫人, 而且上菜速度太快, 係未食完魚生就立即上豆腐鍋, 坐位已經有點窄, 檯又不太, 要放咁多野, 叫個客點會食得舒服? 而且因為放唔晒d 野, 佢會叫你夾埋落碗, 感覺好似去左茶餐廳, 佢地亦唔會同你清檯加茶.... 你無水飲就要自己主動搵人加茶....

至於環境: 係好有私人空間, 但同時間亦有點窄 (2人包廂) , L型檯, 傾計幾好, 不過之前講過檯面比較細

因為係套餐, 好似要500-600 左右一個二人套餐,
七月去時, 好似有2個二人套餐揀的.... 唔知食家轉左MENU 未...

廣場飯店 (大嶼山)

It's a typical Maxim's restuarant. Nothing surprise you. (The menu is more or less the same as what you can find in the maxim's airport restaurant)

Since only three of us went there... Two adults and one child. We didn't order a lot of food.

The presentation of dishes is nice and the portion is quite large.

We order a Chinese style beef, mixed vegetables with mushrooms, a fried noodles with crab, pan fried bun (with meat and vegetables), mango pudding/

As I said before, the portion is quite large, so we can't finish all the dishes and need to pack them.  The beef is very tender. It's out of my expectation.

The mix vegetables with mushroom .. it's a bit blanch... I think it would be better if they can add some more seasonings.

The pan fried bun (vegetables with meat) is great. It's very tasty and smell great!!! Since they cooked it with a long or green chinese onion. It served hot on the table with a pan. It's very special.

For the mango pudding, it's great!!! Although this time, I do think that the portion is a bit small... Only three little pudding.... As i remember, the shape of the pudding is mickey mouse shape...... It's cool to eat mickey's head!

Overall speaking, I would recommend this restaurant to you since the spending per head is slightly more than eating in the fast food shop in the park.  You can enjoy a quite dining area.

If you get the annual pass, (gold and platimum) you can get some discount!

翡翠拉麵小籠包 (荃灣)

It's a Friday night and I booked a table at about 8pm. I had dinner with my family after our trip to Disneyland.

Since I'd booked, we didn't need to wait for a long time. After we'd settled down, we looked at the menu. They had a great variety of choices.

We'd ordered 8 flavour dumplings, noodles in soup (tan tan noodles), spicy chicken, friend noodles and red bean cakes as dessert.

The taste are fine. However, I think their tan tan noodles are not as tasty as before. I think they have changed the soup ... (I can't taste the peanut and it's a bit too sour for me)

For the dumplings, I think you should try it out. It's really exciting to taste different dumplings at the same time. The presentation is great as well, since .. it's so colourful from orange to green...  In the centre, they have a sweet dumpling (The different flavour includes, spicy chicken, spicy beef, vegetables with meat etc...)

For the fried noodles, in chinese it's called 木須肉炒面, it looked very nice and served hot on the table. The taste is good, not too oily.

However, the time for you to dine is about 1.5 hour... (I guess they need to control the dinning time so as to increases the table turnover rate) Also, the service is so so since you need to wait for a long time to get your tea refilled and ordered.

The decor is cosy and modern. you can also enjoy a great view of tsuen wan. It's a great place for family or friends gatherings.

I would recommend this restaurant to you. You can try out the dumplings!
